Terms of Service

These terms apply to inCart (incart.pk), to the shops built on it (addresses ending in .incart.pk) and to the sign-in pages at accounts.incart.pk. In these terms, "inCart", "we" and "us" mean the operator of inCart, based in Islamabad, Pakistan. By using inCart or a shop built on it, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. What inCart is
inCart lets sellers create their own online shop, choose products, set their own prices and share their shop with customers. Today, inCart is open to a limited group of sellers, and the products sold on inCart shops are stocked, packed and delivered by our supply and delivery partners.
2. For buyers
- Prices: each shop's owner sets the prices on their shop. The total you confirm at checkout, including any delivery charge, is the amount you pay.
- Orders: an order is placed when you confirm it at checkout and see your order page. An order may be cancelled if a product is out of stock, the details given are incomplete or false, or the order appears to be fraudulent. You are not charged for a cancelled cash-on-delivery order.
- Cash on delivery: you pay the courier when your parcel arrives. Please only place orders you intend to receive. The number of cash-on-delivery orders per mobile number and per connection each day is limited to prevent fake orders.
- Delivery: parcels are delivered by courier companies within Pakistan. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you order; delivery times are estimates. Tracking appears on your order page once the courier has your parcel.
- Returns and exchanges: if something is wrong with your order (damaged, faulty or not what you ordered), message the shop on WhatsApp as soon as it arrives, with a photo. The shop will guide you through a return or exchange. This does not affect any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of Pakistan.
- Accounts: you can order as a guest or sign in with Google. Keep access to your Google account secure.
3. For sellers
- You are responsible for your shop's name, logo, text and prices, and for how you promote your shop. They must be accurate and lawful and must not infringe anyone else's rights or imitate another brand.
- You must answer your customers' questions and return requests in good time.
- You must not use your shop for fake orders, misleading offers or any unlawful activity.
- Selling on inCart today also requires a reseller account with our supply partner, and that partner's terms apply to your orders, profits and payouts.
- We may suspend or remove a shop that breaks these terms, receives credible complaints, or puts buyers at risk.
4. Acceptable use
Do not try to disrupt inCart, get around its security or order limits, collect other people's information, or use automated tools to place orders.
5. Content and trademarks
The inCart name, site and software belong to inCart. Sellers keep the rights to their own shop names and logos, and allow us to display them on their shop. If you believe a shop infringes your rights, contact us with the shop address and details, and we will review it.
6. Availability and changes
inCart is new and is being opened step by step. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed.
7. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of inCart. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the laws of Pakistan.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Islamabad have jurisdiction.
